The Botanic Wick

The Botanic Wick is a handmade candle brand that specialises in authentic botanical fragrances. We worked directly with Sally on a complete re-brand (formerly Wick'd Wax Botanics) in order to appeal to a higher-end market, brand development, eCommerce setup and email marketing. During the process, we paid special attention to the SEO, maintaining ranking & backlinks from the previous domain and setting up re-directs. We created bespoke graphics, refined their customer experience, we also set up custom multi-step automations for subscribers & store orders to help the business owner manage office time more effectively and increase sales.
