The Massage Hut

The Massage Hut is an award-winning massage therapy studio based in Norfolk, UK. We worked with them on their site re-design, brand development and eCommerce setup. We created custom graphics, refined their colour scheme, linked their existing booking platform (Fresha) and set up an easy to update blog. We also set up custom automation on form submissions & store orders to help the business owner manage office time more effectively. 

After a string of bad experiences with web designers, I found Natalia who has been fantastic from start to finish. She responded quickly, listened to me, communicated clearly, adjusted and tweaked and was open to feedback - the result being a website that looks better than I had imagined and works beautifully. She was enthusiastic about my business and showed a good understanding of my client base, and what she didn'tknow she asked about which is a great quality! She never seemed rushed but she got lots done between our conversations, was great at suggesting changes based on her knowledge of SEO or customer experience, and gave me clear instructions for the bits that  I needed to do.
